Why has my order not been sent yet?Updated 8 months ago

If you have not received an email confirmation from us within 24-48 hours of purchasing, then there may be an error with your order, always make sure to check your bank to see if the funds have been taken from us, if they haven't then the payment has not been successful. This could be an address query which is not recognised by the courier, you have ordered too many products at one time or stock delays in one of the products included in your order. However, rest assured our Customer Care team will be in touch with you to update you as soon as possible or you can contact us at [email protected] if you have not heard from us yet.
