How can I return my order?

Please make sure you return your order within 30 days, and we'll be happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we don't, it's your responsibility to investigate this with the shipping department. If it's not received, we won't be able to provide you with a refund, as mentioned in the "We can't refund an item if" section.

If you wish to return a package to us, please request a return label by contacting us at [email protected] . Please include a note with your return stating your name, order number, the reason for the return, as well as the name of the product and the quantity being returned. This will ensure our returns team knows who the return came from in case the return receipt goes missing.
